Darren White - Mens First Team Head Coach
Unleashing the power of passion and experience, Darren "Whitey" White is back for another exhilarating season as head coach. With a notable start to his coaching career, finishing 4th in 2023, Whitey is set to take the team to new heights in 2024. With an impressive playing background boasting three national titles, over 120 games for Auckland City, and five OFC Champions League titles, including a FIFA Club World Cup bronze medal win in Morocco in 2014, Darren brings unparalleled expertise and a winning mentality to the field. Get ready for an electrifying season ahead under the guidance of this football maestro.
Sam Jasper - Mens First Team Assistant Coach
From his impressive debut season in 2023 alongside the talented Darren White, Sam Jasper returns for his second season in 2024.
Having represented New Zealand in U16, U17, U20 teams and the New Zealand Knights in the A-League, Sam's passion and dedication for football are unrivaled. With each match played, he brings great experience that sets him apart.
But it doesn't stop there. Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and technical prowess to elevate our team to new heights.
Jonno Ross - Mens First Team & U23s Team Manager
Entering his 7th season with MAP as First Team Manager, Jonno is an intergral part of the management team with his help on and off the field.
Naythan de Melo - Club Physiotherapist
Naythan is returning to work with the team once again after joining the First Team back in 2011. ‘Magic Hands’ will be doing his best once again to keep our players fit and ready throughout the season. Welcome back once again, Nayt
Stuart Hope - Mens First Team Analyst & U23s Head Coach
Stu joined MAP as a player in 2017, when things weren’t quite clicking with the u23’s development squad. He then acquired his license to become the 23’s coach, and has since turned the team around massively since becoming head coach in 2022. We look forward to seeing what he does with his squad for this season
Liam Campbell - Mens U23s Assistant Coach
Liam joined MAP in 2021. An unfortunate double ACL injury cut his 2022 season short and will keep him out till 2025. In 2023 he joined the coaching team and will return as assistant coach for the 2024 season until he is able to return to the pitch. A great club man who brings passion and enthusiasm to his u23's team, a great member of the team to have on board.
